Gwen Green, founder of Your Philanthropy Coach has been a fundraiser for as long as she can remember, from raising funds at school fetes, to taking part in sponsored walks, runs and other activities from a young age. In her early 20's Gwen took part in a 100km charity trek across the Sinai Desert in Egypt, which drove a desire to work professionally as a fundraiser and event organiser.

For over 25 years now, Gwen has worked as a professional in the not for profit sector both in the UK and New Zealand; as an event organiser, fundraiser, marketer, communications specialist, leader, strategist and charity CEO.  In addition, Gwen sits on a number of not for profit boards. 

Through this experience Gwen has come to understand that the most effective and successful organisations are ones who work in a collaborative, integrated and 'one team' way. With all team members and activities being equal cogs in the machine,  working together to drive the success of the organisation.

This is why, as Your Philanthropy Coach, Gwen will look at your organisation with a holistic approach to strategy and development, highlighting both your strengths and weaknesses, and where they can be supported to grow successful outcomes across the organisation.
